Fees

       Pre-School

      If parents wish their child to attend for additional hours to their funding or are not yet eligible for funding, our fees are; 

• £7.50 per hour session for 2 year olds,  £22.50 per 3 hour session

• £5.50 per hour for 3 & 4 year olds £16.50 per 3 hour session

A voluntary snack contribution of 30p per session is suggested for the funded sessions only. This goes towards purchasing a healthy snack for children each session and cooking resources during our baking activities. Our fees include the snack contribution.

Wrap Around Care

Our Wrap Around Care fees for children at Harlington Lower School are;

Breakfast               07.45 – 08.45     £5.25

After School 15.30 - 17.00 £7.90

After School 15.30 - 17.30 £10.50

After School  15.30 – 18.00     £13.15

Wrap Around Care fees for the Pre-school Acorn children from 1st September 2024 are;

Breakfast               07.45 – 08.45     £5.50

After School 15.15 - 17.00 £9.65

After School 15.15 - 17.30 £12.40

After School  15.15 – 18.00     £16.50

Payment and Invoicing

      Invoices are sent from Famly 4 weeks before the start of each half term. Payments are due by the first day of each half term.

       Payment can be made by cash (exact money only), cheque (payable to Harlington Village Pre-School), childcare vouchers, tax free childcare or via bank  transfer.
